I have had these sitting in a spot where I can see them most of the time. I let them sit because I haven't embroidered all the little hexies that go in between each of the blocks. Tonight I decided that I should just see what would happen if I would start sewing them into the blocks, but leave the spaces for the embroidered hexies. I am so glad I did this as I can work with the color placement of the flowers and then change them around before I have the blocks completed (one of the blocks has a hexie that is a connector so if it is attached it can't really be spun around if needed).
Sometimes I let something little like those center hexies hinder my finishing something. It did not take long at all to get to this point. and once I know how I want the blocks to go it should take no time at all to get them all put together. Isn't it silly how a person can let one little thing keep them from seeing the whole picture. Happy Stitching!! --Kristen

I remember those! I am still only half way through making my hexie quilt! One day ...
They are stunning fabrics you used for your hexies. Maybe you could do a hexie filler a day challenge. Or something a bit easier like 3 units with fillers a week or similar.
Your fabrics are gorgeous Kristen, and well done on taking the next step on putting them together...
I am so very tempted to make that quilt, but I have enough on my Plan to keep me going for a while!
Também sou viciada nisso a pelo menos dez ou doze anos.E cadê a vontade de parar??Que tamanho são os seus?Eu faço de todos.Parabéns pelo vício, este é o único que pode e deve ser felicitado.Beijos.
