Sun and Shade

Today I had to walk away for a bit.  Thank goodness I started early because it took a lot longer to finish this one than I expected.  And as always, by the time I was to the fourth quarter of the block I was thinking it wasn't that bad...although all those bias seams...

This is another one of those great big blocks at 15 inches.  When I finished my son asked where I was going to hang this quilt.  We are all thinking about what we are going to do with all these blocks and the larger blocks seem to be a bit more exciting.  This is block number 210 of 366.  I'm off to watch the Olympics which seem to be taking up a lot of time today.  I've already watched the cycle race, women's basketball, and swimming.  :)  Happy Stitching!!  --Kristen
