I think there must be something wrong with me because I am not seeing a clown in this block, although it may have something to do with the squished stars. Clowns creeped me out as a kid so I'm going to call this the squishy star block.
Do you see the squished stars in the middle? This 10-inch block has 58 pieces in it and was rather enjoyable to piece. I keep wondering what I am going to do once I start using all these blocks and start making quilts. I should have a never ending supply of idea blocks. This is number 237 of 366. Happy Stitching!! --Kristen

Kristen,
I'm next door in South Dakota, so every day I know there'll be another block from you (sometimes quite late), and it's something I count on. Good on you for keeping up with your daily challenge. What a great learning experience you've had! Thanks for your good humor, and for being a taste of home on the web. I used to live in Australia, so it's my other home, and it was a treat to find you there. I don't blog, so I have to sign in as anonymous, but my name is Roxanne. Have a good weekend! Roxanne
Hmmm, I can't see a clown either but I can see the squashed stars!
